World renowned tenor, Fernando Varela, returns to The Villages for the first time since his meteoric run on NBC’s #1 summer show, America’s Got Talent. Fernando’s tenor trio, Forte, took the world by storm, making it to the finals and placing 4th overall out of 75,000 acts that auditioned for the 8th season of the variety competition. Fernando will also produce the concert, bringing a New York caliber production to this brand new venue. Fernando has recently had debut performances at The Kennedy Center with the National Symphony, Carnegie Hall and Radio City Music Hall. Barbra Streisand said of Fernando, “I think you’re going to be a big star. Why you aren’t singing at the Met is beyond me.” These concerts will feature Fernando’s live band and some special guests.
