Step back to a simpler time and place. The Villages Renaissance Faire turns the Polo Grounds into The Village of Hopewell. Musicians, jesters, and the Royal Court to name just a few, all strolling through our towne to take you back to a time when your handshake and a promise were all you needed. There will be over 30 tents selling everything from homemade soaps to traditional Renaissance garb and these entertainers are true craftsmen in their trade. Enjoy the heart pounding thrill of the joust and the cunning comedy of the living chessboard. Experience re-enactments of games, music, dancing, handicrafts and food of the Renaissance. There is something for the whole family! Costumed festival-goers are welcome to come in the spirit of the faire and to help support the Buffalo P.R.I.D.E.
