Wild foods abound at Dade waiting for educated visitors to sample with expert park staff and volunteers as their guides. Black bears and their habitats are studied and celebrated in this educational workshop which will include educational activities on bears and their habitats and provide a free online curriculum guide and other printed bear materials.

The workshop is geared towards any educator who works with elementary and middle school aged students.

The workshop is free to all educators but space is limited.

Join park staff and volunteers for a natural resource-based workshop which will include educational activities for both aquatic and terrestrial animals and their habitats.

The workshop is geared towards any educator who works with children ages 3-7.

It’s free to all educators, but space is limited. Participants may pay $20 to receive a Growing Up WILD guide. Pre-registration is required.
