Join park staff as we celebrate National Public Lands Day by removing some of our invasive exotic plants and sprucing up our native landscaping. Event will also include fun exotic plant contests.
Free entry for participants. Participants are asked to wear long sleeves and pants and closed-toe shoes. Please bring water, insect repellant, hat, sun screen and gloves. Bring a picnic lunch and picnic at the park after a satisfying work event! Pre-registration required as class size limited to 25. Social distancing and masks required.
All organizations/businesses are encouraged to decorate their “booth/area.” Judging will be by each participant and a trophy awarded to the “Best Decorated/Most Creative” before close of event on Friday October 30th.

The event will be held in the “Sumter Plaza” 1010 N Main Street Bushnell in the parking lot and will be held from 5pm – 7pm. We ask that you bring plenty of candy, tent or maybe a vehicle to decorate we will have a contest for best booth!
