The Sumter County Fairgrounds is becoming one of the most popular event locations in the area. Besides the fun Sumter County Fair in March, it is host year-round to a wide variety of events including one of the largest auto swap meets in Florida, horse shows, concerts and other events you might expect in an outdoor setting.
The fairgrounds also hosts a wide variety of indoor events in it’s modern and spacious expo halls. Weddings, gun shows, Quinceaneras, trade shows, meetings, classrooms, parties and anything you come up with. With large door access to the two newest halls and one older hall, it could even host motorhome or camper trade shows.
There is a full, certified kitchen with an on-staff caterer with menus from picnic hot dogs and burgers, to Italian, to BBQ, to anything you can imagine. The kitchen can also be rented by your own licensed caterer.
