Carved out of a natural Florida landscape, with fairways lined by majestic oak trees, lies the Continental Country Club championship golf course.
Opened in 1972, Continental Country Club was the first golf course designed by renowned golf course architect Ron Garl. Some of Ron Garl?s other popular designs include the Magnolia, Palm and Lake Buena Vista courses at Walt Disney World. The championship layout is well known among many of today?s touring professionals, who played it early in their careers on Florida?s mini tours. Continental continues to be one of the most popular stops for the North Florida PGA and Florida Professional mini tours. Golf Digest awarded Continental Country Club a ?2-Star Award Winner? for Places to Play in 1996-97. Continental Country Club has a fully stocked pro shop, driving range and putting green and is the ‘Home of the Stephen Wresh Golf Academy’. The Inn On The Green restaurant and banquet facilities are available to meet all of your food and beverage needs. Continental Country Club is a semi-private course and the public is invited to enjoy our facilities.
