The charm and beauty of our 81 site adult park, combined with the friendly atmosphere, invokes a home away from home feeling unlike some larger parks. A screen house sits directly on Lake Deaton, affording guests a place to relax, read a favorite book, or witness nature at its best, and our dock offers a place for the fisherman to cast a line. Guests and residents enjoy such activities as bingo, potlucks, hot dog roasts, lawn games, cards, or just spending the days wandering the area roads enjoying the beautiful Central Florida surroundings.
